Female roommate wanted-near UMDCP

Hi! I am a 22 year old, graduate student attending the University of Maryland. I am looking for a female roommate to rent a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in an apartment community called Daniel's Run. Rent would be either $700 or $760 depending on the size of the floorplan. The building is VERY nice and offers a lot of amenities including: Washer and dryer in apartment, most utilities included, fitness center, beautiful balconies, a security system in the apartment, you are allowed to paint in the unit and I think it even has a fireplace in its 2 bedroom apartments.
