**Updated for Summer 2010** (side note, NOT mandatory to take Fall lease, however you can make arrangements with the landlord if you want). Hello and thanks for your interest in my room. Rent is only $725 (unlimited included-in-rent utilities) per person. Good price compared to other places close to campus (the View is further away and about 100-250$ more expensive with utility surcharges). My room is the bigger room in the apartment and can be split with another person (this is the room you'd be signing for). One room may or may not be preoccupied in the summer and my room will be guaranteed empty (able to be split with another person). There is: a bathroom, a
kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge inc), common room (two couches, couple of tables, tv cable) and the other smaller bedroom that is occupied. To give an idea of my bigger room we fit: a double
bed, a big shelf, a twin bed, a huge desk, long dresser and extra room for another smaller table. There are also two adjacent closets. If you don't know about Knox/College Park Towers it is literally right across the street from campus and so close to rt one that it's perfect for the bar scene and convenient to go shopping or eating. There are a couple of bus stops around the building and one in particular directly in front of the building. No gender preference.
