I am subletting my half of a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. The apartment has a living room, kitchen, and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The living room is fully furnished and the bedroom comes standard with a full sized bed, night table, desk, dresser, and closet. In addition, there are several convenient amenities in the unit and the building. The rent I pay is $880.00 a month, but I will be charging a reduced rate of $590 per month for the 3 summer months. Further terms will be established upon contact. *The walk to the heart of campus is a safe 10-12 minutes and there is a University View bus line as well.
